I made the video on my Flip of my cycle at lunchtime. Just an experiment! I did a very quick edit of it to get this done asap. I know lots of things to improve for next time such as trying to hold the camera straight, try to get it less bumpy, don't let my scarf whip around in front of the camera, maybe getting more of me in it to contextualize what is being filmed, etc etc :) But it was a fun experiment and I think gives a general impression of my cycle ride, very empty, peaceful, and sunny.

5x5 lunchtime walk and talking crap from Alice Peapods on Vimeo.

They have a cool project on Vimeo called '5x5' or ' 5 Vignettes' whereby you put together 5 clips of 5 seconds with the original sound on them. I did some filming yesterday lunchtime to try out my camera when I went on a walk with a friend and I thought this project was ideal for me to try editing a few things together as a test. My voice is very croaky in it, I have some kind of ILLness going on. I hope I can talk today at all! :)
